How does hourly billing work?
We track time spent on your drafting project. All survey types are billed at $15/hour, except ALTA/NSPS and Topographic surveys which are $25/hour due to their complexity. Every project has a minimum billing of 2 hours.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our quotes are all-inclusive. The hourly rate is what you pay, with no surprise charges.
Can I get a flat monthly rate?
Yes! For firms with consistent monthly volume, we offer flat rate pricing. Contact us to discuss your volume and get a competitive flat rate.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Monthly retainer and enterprise clients receive 10-20% discounts based on volume commitment.
